MonaVie Success – 4 Tips on Goal Setting and Creating a Success Plan to Become a MonaVie Diamond
How realistic are your 2010 MonaVie business goals?
One of the most important, if not THE most important, thing to do when starting an MonaVie business is to set year-end goals for yourself.
If you’re not setting year-end goals for yourself and taking action to achieve those goals, then you’re not going to reach the level of success that you desire. However, there is a difference between setting goals for yourself and setting yourself up to fail.
If you set LOW year-end goals then you won’t live up to your full potential. You should set a BIG but realistic and reasonable year-end goal and then break it down into smaller goals and shorter time frames. For example, making $100,000 or becoming a MonaVie Diamond this year is a realistic goal but if you’ve never made that kind of moneyvor been involved in MLM before, then setting that goal in your FIRST year is probably not a very realistic goal for you. You might want to start by setting a $100 first month goal, then $250 the next month, MonaVie Ruby in six months and so on.
If you are setting goals for yourself that are impossible to achieve, you’re not only going to get frustrated but you’ll eventually end up quitting on your MonaVie business or at the very least, you’ll develop a negative attitude that is going to hold you back from achieving any future goals.
If you’re having trouble figuring out what your goals should be, you might want to talk to your upline and other people who have built a successful MonaVie business already. Ask them what a realistic goal is for a month, 3 months, 6 months and a year would be for you. Since they have been where you are and have reached the level of success that you’re looking for, they will be able to give you a realistic but still aggressive goal for you.
Also, not all of your goals should be monetary goals. Sometimes the best way to track your success doesn’t have anything to do with a dollar amount. Set a goal for yourself as to how many propsects you’re going to talk to in a week, or how many people you’re going to have at your next local MonaVie business presentation, or how many tasting parties you’ll have this month.
Guess what? When you start meeting all of your non-monetary goals the money will start rolling in!
Sit down and take the time to write down your goals, don’t just keep them in your mind. Spend a few dollars on a journal and write the goals in the journal. Then write your daily goals into the journal each morning or the night before. Before you go to bed each night, write down what your daily actions were and see if you’re on pace to reach your monthly goal!
Again, set realistic and achievable goals and take action toward reaching them every single day of every week and by the end of the year, you won’t be able to keep the money from rolling in, it really is as simple as that!
